Finding the right job is tough. Finding the right company is tough. Finding the right employee to hire is even harder to do. I am a prideful person, and I don’t like to ask for help generally. As an owner of a B2B company, I found myself between a rock and a hard place this year, but with the help of a staffing firm I received the support and staffing help that I needed.

Two of my employees were both of maternity and paternity leave within the same month and my office became short staffed. We needed help. Our secretary put up posts on all of the popular job search sites and professional social media websites as well, but after two weeks of a few weak responses, we needed a change and a fix to our problem. I decided I wasn’t happy with productivity and the amount of time my staff and I were using towards this search of potential hires. I was talking with a friend who suggested hiring an HR company that worked solely with recruitment.
