Last year, recruits were hired for thousands of positions in various industries and organizations all over the world have utilized recruiting firms to enhance their business. Despite the evident rise in employment made possible by recruiting agencies, there are companies that are entirely unaware of the numerous other benefits of executive staffing services.

The Financial Advantage
In the current economic climate, every business needs to consider cost. While many companies need to fill specific positions with exceptional candidates, the expense is often deemed unjustifiable due to financial restrictions. Fortunately, executive recruiting firms are able to assist their clients by providing staffing solutions at a significantly reduced cost compared to traditional hiring methods. By offering a cost-effective answer to an otherwise expensive problem, businesses can be certain that they are finding prime job candidates without unnecessary expenditures.

By offering both savings and great candidates to their clients, executive recruiting companies are a valuable asset to virtually any business. In 2012, the number of companies utilizing such firms is expected to dramatically increase. Subsequently, more industries are taking advantage of the benefits offered by executive recruiters. The key to successful staffing is finding the best employee for the job at the most reasonable salary and hiring cost and executive recruiting is the quintessential solution for a variety of businesses worldwide.

  • ·         Many people forget how important writing is, with this in mind you should create a cover letter explaining how you can be an integral part of the team and what skills you bring to the job.
  • ·         When attending a Holiday Party keep your ears low to the ground for talk from co-workers about their client’s expanding businesses, or openings in any companies.  They may also know of executive recruiting firms that have worked with your company or others in the past.  Use caution when finding out information, especially if you’re attending your our company’s party.

With the unemployment rate stalled out at around nine percent for approximately two years, the president's approval ratings dipping and Congress' falling even further, the government needs to do something to get this thing turned around.  While the politicians argue back and forth on the matter, Ashley Mac is taking action; our staffing firm's team of professionals is hard at work slotting talented executives into exciting new leadership roles.

Tips for Interviewing Job Candidates

Interviewing candidates for a job can be time-consuming and cumbersome. To help you speed up your interview process, here are a few quick tips:

Use a Patterned Interview. A patterned interview, like the one provided by Ashley Mackenzie, helps to provide questions that will be asked to every candidate. By asking the same questions, you can see how the candidates rank among their peers as well as their ability to communicate on paper. Make sure your interview forms leave enough space for answers and room for review markings and questions. When reviewing the answers on your patterned interview, jot questions or comments in the margins to review during the second interview, if applicable.

Make a List and Rank. Make a list of qualities you feel are necessary for the job position, and rank the candidate based on their interview, education and previous experience. By ranking the candidates you can better determine where the candidates fall in terms of qualifications, education and previous experience and determine which candidate is the best choice for employment.

Photograph the Candidate. If you get tongue-tied with names or forget names easily, try photographing the candidate so you can easily recall the person's interview and face. Facial recognition is one of the ways that interviewers can recall specifics about a candidate after interviewing multiple candidates.

By following a few quick tips, you can speed up your candidate interview process and find qualified employees fast. If you need help finding employees, consider Ashley Mackenzie as your executive recruiting or staffing firm.
